Our Promise We want you to love your Globe. If something isn't right we'll make it right.

Change of Mind We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for change of mind. Watch must be unworn and in original condition.

Faulty or Damaged If your watch arrives damaged or faulty contact us within 7 days at hello@y2kultures.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately. No questions asked.

Refunds Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
